Based on PetFena's standard-tier rate, less PetFena's 15% commission and $1.99 booking fee per booking. Daytime care between 8am and 6pm is always paid by the hour, however long it runs. Tips go 100% to you. An estimate, not a guarantee — actual earnings depend on the bookings you receive.

Questions sitters ask before signing up
You'll verify your ID, submit at least 3 proof images of your home and pet space, and show an active pet sitter liability insurance policy. You'll also pass a background check. It costs $30, and you pay it directly to the screening company in its secure form, not to PetFena. It is an initial background check plus random checks as required; each random check is also $30, paid the same way. This is the same for every tier, no exceptions.
PetFena deducts a 15% commission and a flat $1.99 booking fee (once per booking) from your stay earnings and pays out the rest — on a $600 booking, for example, you'd receive $508.01 ($600 - $90 - $1.99). Your earnings are paid out to your bank every Friday, free. Need it sooner? Cash out early for $1 or 2% of the amount, whichever is higher. Tips go 100% to you, with no commission.
No. You choose which pets and bookings to accept. Late cancellations do count against you, though — they can affect your standing.
Every sitter starts at Basic and moves up with good reviews and reliability. The criteria are shown in the app, and your tier is earned, not chosen.
No minimum. Sit as often or as rarely as you want — there's no penalty for a slow week.
Pet parents are required to fully disclose their pet's medical history and behavior before booking. Any undisclosed aggression or communicable illness is a policy violation and can result in the pet parent's account being suspended.
