Overnight stays are priced per night. Here's a Standard-tier sitter hosting your pet for 2 nights, with every fee included.
You see this total before you pay. Sales tax is added only where it applies. A night is 12 hours, 7pm to 7am, priced as 6 hourly hours (hours outside it are billed hourly, and each stretch between nights never costs more than one night), and daytime care between 8am and 6pm is charged by the hour. If the sitter stays at your home, add $10 a night. Holiday dates add a set $15 holiday amount, all of it paid to the sitter.

Bring their regular food to keep their diet consistent, plus any medications they take. You can bring a favorite toy or blanket, but most sitters provide clean bedding and bowls at no extra charge.
Yes. We ask for current vaccination records before a stay, which keeps every pet safe. You can upload the records when you book or share them with your sitter directly.
Yes. You'll get updates from your sitter through the PetFena app, including photos and notes. You can also message directly anytime to see how your pet is doing.
We ask for your vet's contact info at booking. If your pet needs care, we'll contact you first, then your vet. For emergencies, our sitters are prepared to act quickly and get help.
Pick your dates and tell us about your pet, and you'll see the full price before you confirm. We offer the stay to the nearest available verified sitter (or to a saved favorite first, if you ask). Nothing is charged when you book -- your card is only held once a sitter accepts, and charged when the stay ends. The sitter is paid after that.
Cancel more than 24 hours before drop-off and get everything back except the $2.99 booking fee. Inside 24 hours the refund tapers -- 75% back if you cancel 12-24 hours before, 50% back 2-12 hours before, and no refund within 2 hours of the start or for a no-show. Your exact deadline is always shown at checkout and on your booking.
