The app runs on iOS 14 or later and Android 8.0 or later. If your phone is newer than about six years old, you're covered. The app is free to download from the App Store and Google Play.
No. The whole flow is designed to be simple: find a sitter, request a booking, chat, and confirm. Most owners are up and running within a few minutes of downloading.
The image check-in is the primary method at both drop-off and pick-up. It keeps the record clear for you and the sitter. If your photo doesn't upload, the app offers a manual entry option.
Every sitter on PetFena is required to use the app for booking and check-in communication. If a sitter can't run the app, they won't be listed. You'll only book with sitters who have a working setup.
Yes. Health disclosures, booking details, and in-app chat are kept private between you and your sitter. You control what's shared, and you can request data deletion anytime through the app or by contacting us.
