Only if you say so. Bend has off-leash areas run by its parks district, but many dogs do better on leash with someone new. Write your preference in your pet’s notes and the sitter follows it.
Every sitter passes a background check and uploads at least 3 photos of their home and pet space, which you can see on their profile. If your dog is an escape artist, look for a fenced yard and ask about it in the chat before you book.
